Contact

Are you planning a trip to Istanbul and need an honest opinion, practical advice, or a local contact? This blog is here to help you visit Istanbul better.

Who is behind this Istanbul travel blog?

My name is Kevin, I am a travel blogger, and I have been sharing my life between Nice (France) and Istanbul (Türkiye) since 2018. It was after a failed rhinoplasty in France and a successful one in Istanbul that I discovered this incredible city and started working in medical tourism with local hospitals and clinics.

Today, through this Istanbul travel blog, I help English-speaking travelers organize their stay: choosing neighborhoods, selecting hotels, must-see visits, tips, and local experiences.

Everything is designed to help you save time, avoid unpleasant surprises, and make the most of the city, whether you are coming for a city trip, a family vacation, or a medical tourism project.

When should you contact me?

You can write to me if you recognize yourself in one of these cases:

  • You have general questions about a trip to Istanbul (best time to visit, safety, budget, transportation, neighborhood vibes).
  • You want personalized advice on your itinerary, choice of neighborhood, or hotel based on your profile and budget.
  • You are looking for a private guided tour or custom accompaniment in Istanbul, with an English speaker who truly knows the city.
  • You have a partnership, affiliation, or collaboration proposal (travel brands, tourism, content, social media).
  • You represent a media outlet or editorial team and wish to have a testimonial, an interview, or insights on Istanbul or medical tourism.

How to contact me?

To contact me, here is my email: contact@guideistanbul.com

Or you can fill out this form:

I do my best to respond within 24 hours to every serious and personalized message. Your email address will never be used for newsletters or advertising: it is only used to reply to your specific inquiry.

Follow my daily life in Istanbul

If you want to see behind the scenes, my on-the-ground scouting, and my daily life between Nice and Istanbul, you can also find me here:

You can send me a private message on these platforms, but for any structured request (itinerary, hotels, medical tourism, partnership), email remains the best option.

Transparency, affiliate links, and ethics

Some links on my blog refer to services I use or recommend, such as GetYourGuide, Booking, or Uber. When you book via these links, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. These earnings allow me to continue visiting, testing, and updating the blog’s information.

I do not recommend a hotel, an activity, or a clinic solely for the commission: my goal remains that your experience in Istanbul is successful, safe, and tailored to your traveler profile.

Regarding medical tourism, my advice relies on my personal experience and my work with clinics and hospitals in Istanbul. They do not replace the advice of a doctor, a surgeon, or the official recommendations of health and consular authorities.

Before writing to me, these guides might already help you

Many questions I receive are already answered in detail in my main guides. Before sending me a message, you can take a look here:

You can then write to me if you need a more personalized opinion, help deciding between several options, or a little push to finalize your stay.

Response time and limits

I generally reply to emails within 24 hours, whether I am in Nice or Istanbul. When I am accompanying travelers or doing intensive scouting on the ground, the delay might sometimes be slightly longer, but I take the time to get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have a question, a doubt, or a project idea revolving around Istanbul, write to me. It will be a real pleasure to help you prepare your stay and, who knows, maybe cross paths with you one day on the banks of the Bosphorus.
